This is the very first installment in a new series I’m going to be running every month alongside a bunch of awesome bloggers. The idea is to share a new blog to you all each month and hope that you enjoy learning about them so much that you follow them and read their blogs too! This month, I’d like to introduce you to Laura from Baby Sophella…
“Hi, I’m Laura. Two weeks ago I started Sophella to be able to provide to all the parents out there the best (and the worst) products for babies and toddlers. With honest reviews and special discounts just for my readers, I always look forward to a Sophella future.”
How would your best friend describe you?
My best friend would say I’m an odd ball – nobody ever saw me settling down and focusing on a family, I was such a career driven person. But that all changes when you meet the right person.
What is your favourite thing about blogging?
My favourite thing about blogging is being able to express my creative mind and let the words just flow out. I love engaging with my audience.
If you could change anything about blogging, what would it be?
One thing I would change about blogging is the start up costs that you may incur.
If you were invited to a Blogger’s Cocktail Party, who would you invite and why?
I’m not sure who I’d invite to a Blogger’s Cocktail Party – I’m fairly new to this.
What is the best blogging tip you’ve been given?
Don’t give up, nobody might read your post – but write like the world is listening.
When you aren’t blogging, where’s your favourite place to visit on a day out?
My favourite place to visit is a pub – can’t beat a good pint and some food with the family.
Tell us about your guilty pleasure. It could be food, drink, a TV programme or your favourite band.
Guilty pleasure – TV shows with Gordon Ramsay in … Masterchef USA, Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Hotel Hell … I watch them all.
If you knew you were going to be marooned on a desert island and could take 3 luxury items with you, what would they be?
My phone, a solar charger and my ecig.
What was the last good book you read?
I’m not a massive reader but the last book I read was Fantastic Beasts.
Describe your perfect date night?
Perfect date night? Candles, wine, takeout pizza, and a good Disney film.
